Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your purchase from The Outlaw Trading Post! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
Returns & Store Credit
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for Store Credit only. To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All Tags must be attached
- Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, or pet hair
Sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Store Credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card and does not expire.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for size on eligible items.
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Item must meet all condition requirements
- Exchanges are subject to availability
If the requested exchange is unavailable, Store Credit will be issued
Return & Exchange Process
To start a return or exchange:
- Email us at Theoutlaw.ac@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days
- store credit will be sent via email as a digital gift card
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Items
All sale and seasonal items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements or show signs of wear.
